returning dates in between dates that matches a specific name

Hello. This is the first time I am posting on this blog. So sorry if I'm doing this wrong.

So here is my problem. I have 2 sheets. In 1 sheet, I have a list of name with corresponding date stamps (note: names duplicate). It looks like this.

It is a tool that I use to record the time in and time out of employees.

In a second tab, I have a sheet that contains the following information: employee name, shift type, shift schedule, Time in, Time Out.

What I need to figure out is what formula to use in the time in and time out columns to "return" the time that the employee clocked in and out for the day.

    Any help will be appreciated.

Yes. There is an assumption that 1st entry is time in and 2nd entry is out. However, there are instances when employees scan their ID's 2 more than once on an "in" or "out". So what I do is pick the earliest in and earliest out. For people on the Day shift, in begins at 4am and ends at 9am. Out begins at 4pm and ends at 9pm. For people on the night shift, in begins at 9pm and ends at 9pm. Out begins at 4am the next day and ends at 9am.
