Conditional Formatting for a Golf Scorecard

Hello All,

I have created my own scorecard to keep stats for all of my games and my buddies games. I want to be able to format a set of data.

Here is what I am trying to do:
IF the shot on the hole is LESS THAN the par for the hole, I want the number entered to show up with a circle around it.
IF the shot on the hole is EQUAL to the part for the hole, I want the number entered to be underlined.
IF the shot on the hole is GREATER THAN the part on the hole, I want the number entered to show up with a square around it.

One problem I keep running into is, when I try to format the whole row of numbers, it wont let me and it says that I have to format a single cell or the sum of the cells.

I am not sure if this is possible, but if it is, I love to know how to do it.
