Display result based on if there are inputs in certain columns of a row.

(Sorry for the poor title.. not sure how to describe this very well :P)

I want to be able to determine "Attendance Status" (Column B) based on if someone has attended within the last 4 (may want to change over time) weeks. So on the attached Sample Book, if anyone attended Aug-11 or later would have Y for "Attending".

Thank you for your reply sktneer, but this is not working for me... B2 returns "N" when it should be "Y". All return "N" when copied down.

Refer to the attached sheet. Isn't this what you are trying to achieve?

You're right... my apologies. I was being dumb and did it wrong.

    Thank you for your help!

Not sure If I should start a new thread, but I wanted to take it one step further... I would like to add a column to calculate the attendance of each person. Excluding all future dates so the percentage is accurate. Can you help with that?
