Agent Ranking Spreadsheet

Hello everyone,

I need to construct an agent ranking reporting sheet for a call center I work for.


Criteria would be: Quality, Productivity and Attendance. Data would be sourced from what’s available for the last 8 months.

Can anyone assist with this?

AS per my opinon for ranking, you need to set one ref value in each of the critia then use the IF function with or/and.
