Using the value of a cell to draw through data from an entire row into a second tab.

I have a tab with data running in rows from a name.

Is there any way of using the data in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th columns to draw the entire row of all rows with yes in FSM column onto a separate tab, therefor filtering those which match the criteria to be analysed separately?

Reasonable approach would be to use filter or advanced filter to do so.
But of course the result will be static, and you posted the question in formulas and functions, so probably expect formula.
So you can in Sheet 2 in Cell A3 (I assumed there will be similar header in rows 1 and 2) write array formula*:
