Remove Duplicates Function

Good Day All

A colleague of mine is having an issue with the Remove duplicate function on 2010. In the attached file where it shows Mr Moorcroft & Moorcroft Family Trust, it is reading as a duplicate.

This does not happen when I test on my excel. Any idea what the issue could be, and how to solve?
