converting day/s into hours and consolidating in single cell

Hi!


Need help regarding this problem am encountering in my excel, it's bout converting 1 day (as absent) into 8hours and consolidating late, under time and absent in single cell (absent + late + under time) in the format of [h]:mm (the hours may exceeds more than 24hrs.)

Where are the data that you ewant us to look at and what is the expected answer? So far as I can see it's in Summary I12... but there's no clue as to what the number represents, or how it was derived.

I would start be entering all the times in time format e.g 08:32 not 832. This makes time-based calculations much easier.
