Transpose 2 Columns

Hi

I have a lot of data that needs to be displayed in a particular way.

For example. (See also attached)

Currently I have a list of names and numbers for that name. Like So

A | B
Bill | 1,20,4143,44,5


However I need it displayed as follows

A | B
Bill | 1
Bill | 20
Bill | 4143
Bill | 44
Bill | 55


Is there a formula that can do this?

I am unable to do it manually as there's 1000s to do.

Any help is much appreciated

Please see attached file with formulas in C4, F4 and G4

Formula in F4 is an array formula and must be entered with Ctrl+Shift+Enter key combination and not just ENTER.
