Compare attendance machine output with excel

Hii all..

I have a problem in my new job.
My company use Fingerprint Attendance Machine and now it's my job to make a monthly report.
Before this, usually i input manually the output data of my machine to my excel timetable.
And now i confuse in deadline to process the employee's salary.

Can anyone help me to fill my monthly report with formula?
The output of machine is in another sheet.
