(Solved) Calculate due dates (Not Invoice due dates)

I have a sheet where I need to determine specific weeks where things need to be completed. I have a 10 week period and I need to determine the start date of each respective week of that period using an employee start date. The date returned should always be the Monday of the week being returned. For example:

Mary starts on 10/1/2015. I need to know when week 4 starts (10/19/15). The starting week is included in the calculation and like I said I need to make sure it returns the Monday of the week results. I also need to make sure if someone puts in a Saturday or Sunday date that it ignores and chooses the following Monday.

Right now my formula is this. But it isn't ignoring the Saturday or Sunday and is skewing my result. Is there another option?

    =$A$3+14-(WEEKDAY(($A$3+21),2))+1

Thanks for any help you can provide.
