How can I find unique cells

Hi there,

I have spent hours on googling this matter, but haven't been able to find a solution.

I have a column of name initials, first letters of first and last name.

Ex.:
JA
RA
YA
AA
AK
KK

I need to find which cells are unique, which means that all the letters have to be different, for example JA, but AA should be not unique then.


Suggestions how to do it?

TRUE will be unique
FALSE will be duplicate

Okay, I get it, but I have like 100 different initials, how can I find if they are unique or not all at once? :D
