Paste values of a formula cell from a button to my clipboard?

Hi,
I have a cell A10 that has information in it pulled in from a vlookup. I created a button that I want to have users press that will take the information in that cell and copy it to their clipboard so they can paste it easily into a form outside of Excel.

I need a macro or VBA to (when users click the button):

1. Copy information from cell A10
2. Convert the formula into a paste special as values in some way
3. Re-copy it to the clipboard

If you copy a cell with a formula and paste into another application, it is the value that gets pasted. It only pastes as a reference-adjusted formula if you paste into Excel.
