Inconsistent column formula

Can you please help me with this: why am I getting "inconsistent column formula" when adding new row to the table??

I am not getting any error while tried to add new row to your table. May be you have some other problem. You can save and reopen the file. If that not solve your problem then please explain it again clearly. I mean how are you trying to add new row.

well, stand on the last cell of the last row ..
Press TAB to move to the row which will be automatically added..
notice the green error ison starts to appear on some cell .. like P458, Q458, T457, T458...etc..

this is what I mean, this is "Inconsistent column formula" error..

Actually I don't like these types of formula. When your last row of table is 458, you are trying to add new row and all the formulas are generating automatically. But for the above formula you need the row 466 in the table, where the last row of that table is 459 now.

Anyway, I am not capable to discover the exact problem of this. Sorry.
