That's a pretty standard sumif
L2 and filled down
=SUMIF($B$2:$B$9,K2,$E$2:$E$9)
If you want to hide the 0's try
=IFERROR(1/(1/SUMIF($B$2:$B$9,K2,$E$2:$E$9)),"")
Have you pressed F1 in Excel and read the very excellent instructions on how to use SUMIF? It's one of the best and easiest to learn.
=SUMIF(B:B, K2, E:E)
