    How do I make a row of cells change to a certain color based on a certain cell automatical

    I want a row of cells to be the same color as a certain cell. How do I get this to happen automatically? I have a attach a file that shows what I have so far.

    what is CF? Won't that mess up my formula I already have in the cells for the dates?

    CF is conditional format.

    on that same spread sheet on the first tab, I need to make each date reflect the same color as the next tab. is that done with conditional formatting too? Which CF do I choose?
