    Calculation change for the daylight savings time change

    Hi

    The community here was wonderful in giving me a formula that successfully converted a date/time i had which was in GMT time and had milliseconds, and I had to convert it to Eastern Standard Time and without the milliseconds.

    2015-09-17-04.18.54.497000 --> =SUBSTITUTE(REPLACE(LEFT(A2,19),11,1," "),".",":")-4/24

    Now, since daylight savings time is ending (or starting....or whatever it does when the change falls back 1 hour), just wanted to confirm if I should be changing the end of the formula from -4/24 to -5/24? Thanks, if anyone knows.

    Indeed this last part is to deduct 4 hours (4/24 of a day) from the date and time (not accounting mseconds). So if the change on Nov 1st is from GMT-4 to GMT-5 then -5/24 will do.
    Best Regards,
