I am trying to do some Spreadsheet Accounting, but I am having some trouble about how to use the IF Function, so that the year's beyond the asset's useful life would have zero depreciation expense. Are there some ways that I can do this? Thank you.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
There are no doubt many ways to do this. One way or another you need to count the number of previous depreciation allocations and compare that to the asset's life in years. For instance assuming the life is in say A1 and the annual depreciation is in B1 with the years starting in C1 and carrying on across D1,E1 etc then in C1 you'd have
