Slight change to take care of the auto increment based on the data.
=SUMPRODUCT((COUNTIF(OFFSET(A1,,,LOOKUP(2,1/(A:A<>""),ROW(A:A))),OFFSET(A1,,,LOOKUP(2,1/(A:A<>""),ROW(A:A))))>1)*(1/COUNTIF(OFFSET(A1,,,LOOKUP(2,1/(A:A<>""),ROW(A:A))),OFFSET(A1,,,LOOKUP(2,1/(A:A<>""),ROW(A:A))))))
