Can a cell automatically be filled with data, based on data in another cell?

Dear reader,

Here is my problem:

I have one already filled table on the right (column A, B, C and D) and I want to put some of these data (from column A, D and C) in a new table (left). This is based on data in column E and whenever I want to place data from right column A row X into left column A row Z I also want to fill in the data from right column C row X into left column C row Z and the same for columns D. See below for an example.

Is there a formula that I can use that automatically fills in the left columns D and C, based on what I fill in in the left column A?
