Need a formula to automatically update a form based on time... HELP!!

Hi people,

Wondering if anyone can lend some assistance. I have created a Dashboard With dials which refers to the general operations of my department. I have several tabs with different data referring to areas of my department which require actions/audits at certain times.

Please see the attached .Jpg to understand what I mean. Basically I want a formula to link a cell to a different tab and perhaps use the =NOW()+60 function in conjunction with the =IF formula?
