Moving variable data from multiple same-client records to one client record

The thread linked below seems basically like what I want to do, but in addition to copying records from column A, I have eight other columns of data (client address, etc. fields) that are related to column A that I copied. Actually, the variable data that I want to move is in column A and the client name is column B and related address etc fields are in fields C through J. Does this change the array formula? I noticed the '3' in the formula and am thinking it has something to do with that...

Can you upload an example worksheet showing what you have on sheet1 and what you want on sheet2? (Go Advanced>Manage Attachments).

Give examples that show different possibilities that might arrise? What's the maximum number of duplicates you might have for example?

Max # of duplicates (entries per client) would be eight. It's a file that has almost 11,000 total records and about 10,200 unique client records. Attached is an abbreviated example.
