Dynamic Drop down lists using numbers as header names

Is it possible to make a drop down that causes the contents of a second drop down box to change using numbers as headers? I'm still a newbie to this. I have tried using the indirect function to reference the cell containing a validated list.

Ya everything I'm finding is to with lettered words etc. but no numbers. I can get dependant drop down lists to work with numbers but as soon as I try with numbers, no go. Heres a sample sheet of what I'm trying to attempt. Thank you.
