Dear,
My index match match function is not working.
Sheet 1 shows the SEDOL-code(is a unique company code) and specific year.
Based on Sheet 2 I want to get the Cash/Assets of that specific SEDOL-code & year.
Why is my formula not working and could someone solve this?

Try this formula in D2 and copy down
=SUMIFS(Sheet2!$C$2:$C$1876,Sheet2!$A$2:$A$1876,A2,Sheet2!$B$2:$B$1876,B2)
