Smallest Number based on criteria from several columns

I have a spreadsheet where i have to aggregate rows of data from below.

Level Age Size Code Thk Tag
    Upper New 14 116 45 BZ450
    Intermediate Old 20 116 45 B15E
    Upper New 14 116 45 B15E
    Intermediate New 16 116 45 BZ450
    Upper New 14 116 50 BZ450
    Intermediate New 32 116 45 BZ450
    Upper New 14 116 45 B15E
    Upper New 14 116 35 BZ450

I have to return the Smallest number in the THK column based on the values in the second row from the columns below.

    Level Age Size code
    Upper New 14 116

I have to return values in this format on another area of the spreadsheet.

    Thk(a) Tag(a)
    35 B15E
    45 B15E
    45 BZ450
    50 B15E
    50 BZ450

So i basically have to ignore duplicate rows if Thk and Tag match other rows. but inculde the rows that dont.
So column Thk(a) should be in order of value, and column Tag(a) alphabetical order.

    Thanks

Hi quertyyy and welcome to the forum,

It looks like you can do two separate Pivot Tables to get exactly what you need. No formulas needed, just learn a little about Pivot Tables. If you can attach a file we can show you what a Pivot answer looks like. To attach a file, click on "Go Advanced" and then the Paper Clip Icon above the advanced message area.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.
