Filter or Format to identify non-busness hours

I have a large data set of Service tickets that can be created any time of the day. What I need to do is Separate the tickets that come in during non-business hours, ie: After 5:00pm and before 8:00am.

I attached a small sample with date time format I need to work with. I have figured out how to pull out the week-end calls with a basic =Weekday()>5 formula but dealing with the time part has me stumped so far!

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Use something similar (try in C2 and copy down)
    Formula: copy to clipboard

of course you could use this part:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

to create conditional formatting rule based on formula

There is still one semicolon inside - change to comma - My excel uses semicolons as separators and I missed this one
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Sorry!
