    How to eliminate on blank cells the "FALSE" result

    I have an if statement caluse formula where if the budget is (-) continue but it overbudget exacalate

    You are getting a FALSE result because your formula does not provide the FALSE alternative. Add the red part to explicitly show what you want. You didn't say what you wanted so I used 0.

    You have to add ,"" into your formula after the SUM(P14,R14). New formula

    Now on another note how can i make that formula on column S more complex. Lets say the same client is entered multiple times on column I how can I adjust my formula on column S to include the additional recoupable amounts on column P for the same client code on column I?
