    Highlight the current or past month dates | Confuse|

    Greeting too all...


    i am trying to apply Conditional formatting on the dates of joining, i am not successful.

    what i am trying to achieve is to Highlight the dates which starts from 1st to 15th of every current month and from 15th to 31th of previous month

    any help will be highly appreciated....

    plz find the attachment

    Select c12:c100 AND USE BELOW FORMULA IN CONDITIONAL FORMAT
    =AND(C12>EOMONTH(TODAY(),-2)+15,C12<EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)+16)

    No it doesn't give the result which required, as formula dont highlight the current month date from "1 to 15" and it only highlight previous month date from 15th to 31 only. but thanks for spearing time for the problem appreciated
