I want a formula which shows second friday in the month on Column B. Column A contains months as name. (August, March, February etc.)
Are the month names TEXT entries or are they dates formatted to display only the month name?
If they are TEXT entries then what year do the months represent?

Year is 2015. But the cells doesn't show year information.
I can receive both cases. "TEXT" and "Date Formatted"

Data Range
A B 1 January 1/9/2015 2 February 2/13/2015 3 March 3/13/2015 4 April 4/10/2015 5 May 5/8/2015 6 June 6/12/2015 7 July 7/10/2015 8 August 8/14/2015 9 September 9/11/2015 10 October 10/9/2015 11 November 11/13/2015 12 December 12/11/2015
This formula entered in B1:
=WORKDAY.INTL(EOMONTH(1&A1&2015,-1),2,"1111011")
Format as Date
Copy down as needed
It won't work. I custom date formatted column C. "mm/dd/yyyy"
You didn't change the formula to refer to the correct column.
Here's the file with the correct formula.
