    date and time picker

    Hi,

I have a sheet with a lot of dates (Column F) that is expiration dates. Column G is changing color 7 days before and after the set expiration date in Cloumn F. Column G is also showing me the number of days until expiration/overdue.

What i would like to accomplish is to use the date and time picker control in excel as a method of choosing the date for each individual cell in Column F - Instead of writing it I would like to have the drop-down meny of the calendar.

Is there a way to have the control be physically placed within each cell of Column F, and when I chose a date from the "calendar" I want the date to affect Column G in the same way it would as if I wrote the date in each cell "manually" ?

    Thank you

I don't really understand your need.

Can't you just refer to a single-cell reference like $A$1 that contains the date you need? Even define a named range like "Picker_Control" that you can refer to?

"Affect the rest of the sheet" is very vague. Like, is there a formula somewhere in every line that should be referring to the cell in that F row or what?

Thank you for your reply, and apologies for my vague/bad description.

Hope this made it a bit clearer!
