Index Match using text strings and dates

I need help! I've made numerous attempts with no luck. I need M2 to retrieve the text string with latest date. Please help.
I have attached a sample workbook.

    Thank you

Enter this array formula in M2

    Formula: copy to clipboard

***Array formula must be entered by using key combination of CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER and not just ENTER

This just displays the date. I really need it to display the original text string.
    Thanks

Another way, also entered as an array formula. This assumes your dates will always be in the mm/dd/yyyy format:

Is this possible without the array formula?

Although this is an array formula it doesn't require use for CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER

    Formula: copy to clipboard

I think we are closer. Although this does what I need it too I can't get it to work on columns N through Z. I am not sure how this formula works but Columns N through Z are also Different tasks that are labeled on row 1 and when I copy the formula it just shows the Set Forms String.

Re: Index Match using text strings and dates

I think I made this more confusing by not posting the actual workbook. I have attached sample workbook 2 for your review. I enter in the data in range O2:AX2 through a user form that I created. I need the range BG2:BS2 to retrieve the information related to the column heading with the latest date. I appreciate your time and I apologize if I made this more confusing.

    Thank you
