Accumulate time when true and when false turn it to zero.

    Hello there,
    I have a big problem.
    I have this inputs
    Column A: Time
    Column B: Position Runner A in (%)
    Column C: Position Runner B in (%)
    Column D: Difference between A and B (%)
Column E: Active time when I should calculate the time.
The main problem is that I need to know how long does it take to Runner B to reach Runner A, while the active time (column E) is activated.
I have calculate the time but in an accumulated way (column I), BUT I need to know how long does it take each time, and not that accumulate the time of the first race.
I would like that once it reach Runner A, the calculate time will turn to 0 and then do it again when Runner A starts to run and starts to count form 0.
As you can see I have try several things in columns F and G and H but I’m stuck.

    Well no we can't.

We'll need to see a sample Excel file uploaded (no pictures or screen shots, please ... they are seldom helpful and many of us don't have browsers that will display them ... me for instance ) This is a public forum so be sure to desensitize the data.

If you are not familiar with how to do this:

To attach a file to your post,
click “Go Advanced” (next to Post Quick Reply – bottom right),
scroll down until you see “Manage Attachments”,
click that and select “Add Files” (top right corner).
    click on “Browse”
    select your file(s)
click “Open” click “Upload” click “Done” (bottom right)
    click “Submit Reply”
Once the upload is completed the file name will appear at the bottom of your reply.

In fact what I just want but I do not know how to do it with excel formulas is...
Each time I have a "1" in column "G", start to acucumulate time... and when it comes a zero "0" (in column G), give me 0 in time
