Multiply formula for specific table

Could you please help me with formula shown in the attached excel file. I showed the result I want and wrote text "Formula" in cell so that specific formula help to multiply mentioned figures.

Use
=H$8*$G9

Or use
=IF(ROW(A1)=COLUMN(A1),H$8*$G9,"")
in H9

=H$8*$G9 It doesn work

Could we use the same multiply formula in H19 but without sum, and drag right to get the same value

Yes, you can use in H22
=OFFSET(G8,COLUMN(A1),1)
