Rounding up in formula

I have tried all that I know to turn off the rounding up/down in this formula. Can anyone help?


=IFERROR((MATCH(TRUE,SUBTOTAL(9,OFFSET(E845:$BB845,,,,COLUMN(E845:$BB845)-COLUMN(E845)+1))>E843,0)-1),">"&COUNTA(E845:$BB845))
