Display values based on input / output table

Hi,

I would like to create a formula that is based on 3 inputs with 3 possible values each and can give two outputs in separate columns. I have created a table with the the combination of the 3 inputs and also values of the two outputs that correspond to each input combination.

In the attached sheet I would enter the values in A3, B3, and C3 and would like to see the outputs in D3 and E3.

Is this possible?
