Need to retrieve multiple row items given two criteria (Index, Match, Row)

Hi guys I've done a lot of research on this today and just can't seem to get it to work.

I need write an INDEX function to look through a long list of data (3 columns) and return the salaries of 10 employees into cells B19-B28 who match two criteria: Job Code and Region. Job Code and Region will change according to the user who uses the form. In this example, I need the 10 salaries of the first 10 employees who match Job Code OPOP-E3 and Geozone US Bay Area.

I'm attaching the excel sheet with instructions with hopes someone could help me here and return the file. All data is dummy data.

Jean thank you, that is what I want.

However, I noticed you set up named ranges and such for Salary, Region, DataSalary and Job Code. Could those references be taken out by chance? All the data is being stored in a separate folder and I may not be able to edit the file when I pull the information out of it.

Does that make sense?

Could you reconfigure the file so that is the case? I am not able to get it to work the way you have it set up with the name ranges.
