Match up function to find the value and give name

    Capture.JPG

So I am trying find a formula which will give me the name with the value matching from the table.
I have tried using match and index but it is not working for me, or maybe I am doing something wrong.
Could you pls help me with the issue and find a right formula for me.

    thank you

    Additional Information

I have uploaded the sample worksheet

For better understanding, what I am hoping to accomplish is automatically putting the student names, house (from what i know, i have to use vlookup to match student name and their house from database) and points according to the places they finish

I am not totally sure if manually putting the name first and giving all the other values are better or giving you the records in ascending order by using =small then giving other values are better but whichever works would be fine for me

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
