Summery when the Break in rows

Dear Sir,
I am trying to make a summery of Qty and Amount when there is break on the codes .Can you help me how can perform it.

No sir , Output for the A110 should be for Qty -437 and Amount -14600 i.e Total of 'Sum' of Code
