Lookup formula for multiple values including specific text positions

I am currently doing client segmentation for our business but I am having a hard time figuring out a function to do what I require?
What I have:

A list of names where each name has multiple item codes attached to it to represent each purchase, all the item codes begin with a Q and are then followed by either a letter or a number, I need a formula to link all the item codes that “start with Q and are then followed by a number” to each respective client, I tried a vlookup(if(left function but that clearly won’t work as It can’t determine if the second value is a number or a letter, and the vlook up will only return the first of the multiple entries for each client. I have over 5000 client names so I can’t do anything manually

Any help would really be appreciated, thanks!
