VLOOKUP for the X instance of a value in a column

I have data in my dataset which is in the form of text comments. I am wondering if there is a way to configure a formula that works like a VLOOKUP, except will provide a specific instance of the index value.

For example, in Sheet 2, column A, we have the same value in row 1, 2, and 3: "Sally Jones"

In Sheet 2, column B, we have different text values in row 1, 2, and 3

Back on Sheet 1, I have three boxes in which I would like to see the three values. Is there a formula that will put B1 in the first box, B2 in the second box, and B3 in the third?

There are several other rows of data mixed in on my actual dataset, the above is just to provide a simple example. For example, A2 might be "Jim Robinson", etc. However, there will only ever be three "Jim Robinson"s or three "Sally Jones"s.

Thank you, very much, if anyone can help with this! I have attached a rough example sample sheet.
