Issue finding out weighted average for zip code list

Hi everyone!

I have a huge database with the income per zip code area divided into 6 categories:
$1 under $25,000
$25,000 under $50,000
$50,000 under $75,000
$75,000 under $100,000
$100,000 under $200,000
$200,000 or more

I have my sales areas assigned to a region code. And in addition I have the number of tax returns and the adjusted gross income corresponding to each entry. However, I need to find the weighted average income for each category and I am completely lost as to how to start, organize the data and figure this out. It is a huge database, so I am a little intimidated by it. However, if anyone has an idea please let me know! any input is appreciated it!

i think the best way would be to build a macro for it. What do you think?
