how to cell convert in date format?

i have copy some data from pdf file into excel..
but that data is not properly fiiled in excel.. they look like date format (i.g 31-03-2015) but not in date format...
so i edit every cell with F2 than enter... F2 than enter
is any sort formula for edit(F2) because i have plenty of row

Add zero to them... =A1+0 and format as date.
