Post Automatic Posting Journal Entries to General edger using functions

    Hi Everyone,

First post here. I am working on a school project and I need to post Journal Entries to T accounts automatically. The Journals are on the Input Sheet and the T accounts are on the Process sheet. If any of you can help with the first post for #1510, 1520, 1530 for the three Raw Materials accounts and the Credit to #2010 Accounts Payable I would really appreciate it.

You will have to scroll down to find Proper T accounts on Process sheet.

    Thank you!

    Hi, welcome to the forum

Can you show some samples of what you expect?
Will account numbers repeat, and if so, do you want them summed or shown seperate?
What info do you want shown?

This will add all account 1510 in the Debit colunm

    Thank you for the response,

Account numbers will repeat in the Journals in the input sheet. Sometimes they will be debits and credits. I am attaching a screen shot of what I would like as a result. I labeled the transactions as "1" for first Entry found in Journals and "2" for the second entry. Notice that the same accounts are now credited.

Thanks for your help I been working on this for many hours.

Also, date may not be necessary. If there is a way to use the date, thats ok.
