Hi
Is it possible to display Status code number by policy name, month/year and location selection. For example:
on 5/7/15, at Location 1 for policy 1 failed 1 time. Display "Status code 47"
on 6/7/15, at location 1 for policy 2 failed 2 times. Display "Status code 636 & 6"
Attached is the attachment for better understanding.
Would like to have your valuable solution on how to go about this? Really need assistance on this.

Before I look at your question, here is a much simpler way to get the date in D11...
=DATEVALUE(1&AC4&AC5)
And then for D10, just reference D11 and Custom Format as "ddd"

Thank you for your advise. Have done the changes on the dates.
Adding additional examples.

on 6/7/15 at location 2, for policy 3 failed 3 times could have the same status code, it should show only one. Status code 6.
Is there any other way to show the list of status code. Because the team needs to discuss based on status code on backup failures.
Please advise.
