I am thinking of automating one of our processes wherein we have to let people sign printed papers, etc. Is it possible for a VBA project to have a function where if I type a, say a password, insert a specific image or print screen of their acceptance, save and send an e-mail for agreement.

This is in the wrong section; you want the excel-programming-vba-macros subpage, because I, like most responders in the Functions / Formulas subpage, can only doggy-paddle with VBA. (Maybe PM a mod and ask for them to move the thread).
Keep in mind that the closer you get to wanting a slickly packaged frontend prepared for you, rather than just tips and guidance on how to do it yourself, the more likely it is people are going to advise you to actually pay a VBA developer, rather than using a forum to get them to work for you for free.
