Sorting a list alphabetically keeping duplicates+ lookup some values

    Hi
In column A i have stock names (these are not sorted alphabetically) and there are duplicates. In column B i have amounts.

In column C i would like all the Stock listed alphabetically and in column D i would like the corresponding amounts.

Any help would be much appreciated.

When the stock names are duplicated, are the amounts duplicated too or does instance 1 have 1 amount and instance 2 have another? If so, do you want instance 1 and 2 to also move with the stock or to sum them?

    Trades.xlsx

    I have attached a spreadsheet.

Each instance will probably have a different amount so i need to record both numbers. The number could be the same.

Just to explain the Sheet Column A is the stock names but sector Headings are not needed in the alphabetically sorted output list which i would like in column M.
Column D is the column for the amount.

I have manually sorted the data to show ideally what i would like to achieve.

    Thanks for your help.

I think you uploaded the wrong sheet or your explaination is off. There's nothing in Col M in any of the 3 sheets. Which sheets represent what? Thanks
