Auto Lookup

Good Morning All

I have a very difficult problem to solve and to be honest not even sure it can be done by formulae or functions may need VBA?

But I have faith in the Excel Experts on this site to point me in the right direction

At the moment I have a manual spreadsheet which I would like to automate

Currently

On Sheet1 I have the cells B3:E3 which I use a dropdown menu to select values
Then using a lookup I calculate a total in G3

This is quite simple and straight forward

What I would like

To type in a value in A3 for Excel to automatically populate cells B3:E3

This would mean selecting the correct values from the list (several solutions could be correct but only one selection made)

The same value can not be used more than once in any one selection - example in B3:E3 2kg A TED739 can only be selected ONCE

I hope this makes sense
