I was wondering how i can get my sumproduct to work. I want to only include certain values (one's included), but don't want to delete the values of the ones I am not including for this formula.

You need to include a test conditional on, say, column C to test whether you include it or not.
So fill C6:C26 with boolean TRUE/FALSE for "to include?" and it's as simple as this:

But you've buried the data governing which rows to pick into the formula, so either you move that information out of the function or you need to just stack a bunch with dumb brute force, like:
