how to calculate in hours and minutes the time difference is between a task compleation

So I have 2 groups performing the same task

Group A in column B and Group B in Column C the difference in Column D

I need to get a formula to calculate what the time difference is between the two groups I need all of the times in hours and minutes

I tried several formulas and options but i cannot get the correct answer.

Any thought

attached is a sample of what I need to do.

to keep things simple I am not concerned over days just hours and minutes so a task in theory gould take 36 hours and 2 minutes to complete by one group and 35 hours and 15 minutes by the other group.

so I am not even sure if using the format of h:mm is correct
