Return Value when condition is met

    Hello,

I have a complex worksheet that I need to extract data from that meets certain conditions. I've attached the spreadsheet.

I would like the formula to tell me all the document numbers with planned dates within 30 days of the current date. If they results can be sorted by process or gate set as well, that would be awesome.

For example: Today's date of December 1. Anything with a planned date being within December would be listed by the corresponding Doc. No listed in column "E".

thanks in advance. I can help clarify if there are any questions.

This would be much simpler if your dates were actually proper date numbers rather than text that just looks like a date, e.g. 12-May-16
Are you able to populate this with date numbers that Excel can use for calculating the 30 day requirement?

The spreadsheet comes from externally generated software. I'm pretty sure that the format can be used in a calculation though. I have been playing with it and was able use it in an "if" formula.

Any ideas would be helpful. thanks.
