Formula to create breaks and lunch based on shift

Anyone knows a formula that can create a break schedule after 1:45 mins and a lunch time after 2hrs, then a last break an 1:30 mins before end time.

Is there such formula?

If there is, can someone help me with it. Also if the formula exist i want it to do it in 5-10 minutes intervals because not everyone can go to break or lunch at the same time.

This is a "how long is a piece of string " question. Any formula will need to fit with whatever your "schedule" is. It would help if you can post a small sample file which illustrates your requirement. Please ensure it reflects the "real" schedule you require.

I've post the sample file. The columns in yellow are the result columns and the column in green just shows the time between the schedules.
